Join us for an extraordinary five-course Chef’s Tasting Dinner curated by Chef Mark Connell, featuring refined seasonal ingredients, exceptional wines, and artful presentation in an atmosphere of timeless style.

    As the evening unfolds, guests will enjoy live music from DJ Eric Tinajero “TEAJ”, dancing, and a midnight Champagne toast surrounded by Aspen’s most captivating ambiance. Every detail is designed to capture the magic of the moment — from the culinary experience to the sparkling midnight celebration.
