The 620 room features a 12-person restored oak table surrounded by thousands of wine bottles from around the globe, ideal for more intimate, private events such as birthday dinners, wine dinners, corporate events and exclusive rehearsal dinners. The Modern Locals Bar offers a swanky dining experience for groups up to 20 seated, 30 standing. The bar features a 12ft hand painted mural of the Colorado landscape and is ideal for fundraisers, pop up events, happy hours and corporate events. The Full Restaurant Buyout gives YOU, the guest, access to all spaces in the restaurant [as well as the patio, weather permitting] and offers a once in a lifetime private event experience!
The 620 Room
Dynamic interior design complemented by two custom paintings of the Napa Valley by local artist Dean Bowlby and an illuminated look into our extensive wine collection come together to create a luxurious and cozy private dining experience in the 620 room. The room is designed to create an intimate and exclusive atmosphere for up to 12 guests, perfect for celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out with friends or colleagues.

The Modern Locals Bar
Coined "Aspen's Living Room", the Modern Locals Bar features 10 bar stools and 10 cozy banquettes offset by a 12 ft. Colorado landscape mural. The bar offers an intimate escape with a front row seat to some of Aspen's best bartenders. Perfect for casual rehearsal dinners, corporate happy hours and non profit fundraisers. The layout options are: full seated at 20 guests or on flow with 30 standing.

Our contemporary finer dining room features vaulted wood-beamed ceilings with gray-blue leather banquettes and black wood tables. Pulling inspiration from modern French farmhouses, the dining room boasts a light, airy feeling surrounded by local art. Imagine having the entire restaurant, bar and patio[weather permitting] to yourself for the evening! The bar provides a lively place to greet guests and host a light cocktail hour; the dining room offers a sophisticated feel for a seated dinner.
