CHRISTMAS DINNER AT PARC ASPEN
Celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in the heart of Aspen with a festive three-course prix fixe dinner from Executive Chef Stefano Schiaffino and the PARC Aspen culinary team.
Offered at $185++ per adult and $65++ for children under 13, the menu brings together holiday tradition and PARC Aspen favorites, with dishes including Beef Wellington, Dover Sole, Candy Cane Dessert Treats, and Maryanne’s Wojtach Family Pierogies, a treasured recipe brought from Poland, passed down through generations.
Dinner begins at 5:00 p.m., with reservations available throughout the evening.
A limited à la carte holiday bar menu will be available in the bar on a first-come, first-served basis. Our regular dinner and bar menus will not be offered.
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a $95 per person fee, while no-shows will be charged $185 per person.
