What Guests are Saying…

A white plate with floral pattern containing slices of cooked steak, garnished with greens, vegetables, and sauce, on a white table with wine glasses and a cup in the background.

Wonderful wine list, cocktail program and menu. The food was exceptional - highly recommend elk if it is on the menu and the steak was excellent as well. However, the ambience and service really differentiated Parc from other restaurants. The General Manager could not have been more welcoming and ensured we had a wonderful evening.”

Parc in Aspen is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by an elegant atmosphere that perfectly balances sophistication with warmth. The service is truly world-class—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to creating a memorable dining experience.

Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, showcasing incredible attention to detail, fresh ingredients, and outstanding culinary craftsmanship. The menu offers a wonderful variety, and each course exceeded expectations. The wine and cocktail selections were equally impressive and thoughtfully curated.

Come for one of the best meals and dining experiences in Aspen. The dining room is so welcoming and comfortable. The staff is professional. There were six of us and the food was exceptional for everyone. We have lived in Aspen for 22 years. We are truly enjoying some of the new restaurants, especially this one. We met the new chef who came here from Chile. Can’t wait to see his summer menu.
