  • The wagyu ribeye was truly life changing. I haven't stopped thinking about it. Seared to perfection and it hit the table at the epitome of medium rare. That first bite will forever live fondly in my memory. Equally stunning was the foie gras. Delicate, decadent, and perfectly balanced with the poached apple and accompanying frangipane tart. I think that was my favorite presentation of foie gras I have ever had.

  • Now, the food… wow. Every single dish was a delight. The elk carpaccio was so unique and delicious, with a subtle lemon hint that made it incredibly fresh and balanced. The bread basket was amazing — perfectly crunchy, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the butter. We also ordered the mushroom & polenta, which was another 10/10. Rich, comforting, and beautifully prepared. The wagyu and the short ribs were both exceptional, but the wagyu especially was unforgettable — the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after the meal. I’ll be dreaming about it until our next visit for sure.

  • An absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious restaurant! The staff is very welcoming and attentive, outstanding service. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The foie gras was exquisite, and the crème brûlée was the perfect ending to the meal. Everything was top-notch!
