For one night only, PARC Aspen turns up the glamour. Join us in the heart of Aspen for an indulgent New Year’s Eve celebration designed around exceptional food, rare pours, and the unmistakable energy of the final night of the year.
Executive Chef Stefano Schiaffino will present a special prix fixe experience, with a three-course menu offered at $495++ per person and a four-course menu at $595++ per person.
Guests may elevate the evening further with celebratory enhancements including Champagne & Caviar, alongside selections from PARC Aspen’s cellar curated to make the night feel every bit as extraordinary as the occasion itself.
From the first glass of Champagne to the final course, the evening is designed to feel intimate, lavish, and distinctly PARC Aspen, an elegant prelude to midnight and a memorable way to welcome 2027.
Reservations are required and a credit card is needed to secure your table. Additional reservation and cancellation details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a $250 per person fee, while no-shows will be charged the full menu price.
